GROWING AND MATURING: Integrated viticulture (no herbicides, ecological tillage, manual leaf removal, green harvesting). Vinification in concrete vats at a gentle temperature with regular pumping over and ageing in oak barrels for 9 months.

Made from grapes grown in the Clos des Menuts vineyard, LE PETIT MENUTS is a fine wine with fruity aromas, plenty of freshness and a long finish.
