GROWING AND MATURING: reasoned culture,stripping and green harvesting. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats during 15-20 days. Ageing in French Oak barrels for 12months.
ASTING NOTE: A small vineyard on an excellent terroir, Château de Beaulieu is a wine supple and fruity, with a beautiful dark ruby hue. On the palate fresh aromas of raspberry and violet, marked by spicy notes. The nervousness of the Cabernet Franc is present for a balanced result.
