GROWING : Integrated cultivation (no herbicides, ecological tillage, manual leaf thinning, green harvesting), meeting all the requirements for HVE3 certification obtained in 2019.
MATURING :After manual harvesting and careful sorting (with an optical eye machine), the grapes are taken to concrete vats at a gentle temperature for fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. During the first few days, the wine is pumped over twice or three times a day to extract the best tannins. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: This Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a real delicacy with its perfect blend of Merlot and Cabernet. It is a fruity and balanced wine for ageing, with a deep purple. An intense bouquet that blends aromas of sour cherry and blackcurrant, fine woods and spices. Ample on the attack, the palate evolves harmoniously towards melted tannins with a flavour of black fruits.
